Privacy Policy
How Waterlogged handles privacy for the marketing site and mobile app.
Updated 2026-05-07
We value your privacy. Here’s our policy in plain English.
General Information
We collect the contents and addresses of emails sent to us, aggregate information about website and app screen usage, and information volunteered by the user when using Waterlogged or contacting support. The information we have is used to provide service, support customers, improve the effectiveness of our products, and personalize your experience in our apps.
Waterlogged may collect health-related hydration information you enter, such as drink logs and related details, for app functionality. Waterlogged may also collect analytics and diagnostic information that is not linked to you, including device identifiers, product interaction, purchase history, coarse location, crash data, and other diagnostic data.
We’ll share your personal information only when needed to investigate illegal activity, fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or otherwise required by law. In the event that Day Logger, Inc. is merged or acquired by another company, your information will be transferred to them. We will contact everyone who has shared their contact information with us before we make such a transfer and your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Information Gathering and Usage
The Waterlogged application collects hydration information that you enter so the app can provide its core tracking functionality. Waterlogged also collects usage, analytics, and diagnostic information that is not linked to you so we can understand app performance, improve the product, and support customers when they have questions.
Waterlogged offers users an option to back up their application data. Pictures and drink information may be backed up on our servers when you use backup features, and may be made available to others when you choose to share them through another service.
Day Logger, Inc. uses this information to provide service to Waterlogged users, improve that service, and support customers when they have questions.
Changes
Day Logger, Inc. may occasionally update this policy. If you’ve shared your contact information with us, we’ll notify you about significant changes to the way we treat your personal information.
